The staff at the front desk spoke multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. It was quite impressive, I must say.

Staying at this hotel was quite a treat. The warm welcome I received from the reception staff set the tone for the entire stay. Being next to the river was one of the best aspects of this hotel, and the location is convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was delightful, with a vast array of fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, and delicious cappuccinos. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Location and breakfast were the best aspects of this hotel. It was perfectly located for our city trip, as everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and plentiful, with made-to-order eggs and a variety of fruit. The welcome drink was also a nice touch that we appreciated.

The room was a disappointment and was the worst aspect of our stay. The lack of storage space made it difficult to keep our clothes organized, and the shower drained slowly, leaving us standing in cold water.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the river and various activities, as well as restaurants. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during my stay.

One drawback was the lack of drawers in the room for storing clothes, which was inconvenient. The shower also had drainage issues, making it slippery and potentially dangerous.

river infante was a delightful surprise! the staff was kind and helpful, the room was fabulous with soft and high-quality amenities. the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and close to popular attractions. loved the breakfast with nutella pancakes and the treats left by the cleaners! will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the river and just a short walk from the main part of town. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, providing us with great advice and arranging transportation for us. The room was beautifully decorated and the amenities were top-notch, from the soft and high-quality robes and bedding to the lovely welcome bottle of wine and river water. We especially enjoyed our balcony with its view of the quaint street. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.
